SHIPPING FEES AUSTRALIA
Mint & Moss aim to pack and ship your order within one business day.
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.50. We also offer express Post shipping. If you spend more than $30 in one transaction, you qualify for FREE shipping.
SHIPPING FEES WORLDWIDE
If you are shopping internationally, please get in touch via email so we can arrange your order. Our email address is email@example.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Earrings can't be returned for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons. If a product is faulty or not what you expected, contact us right away. We ask you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Sale Purchases: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or items purchased with a discount code. We will however happily offer an exchange. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
All other purchases: In the circumstances where you're eligible for a refund or exchange, you may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment. Goods are to be returned to PO Box 7883 Baulkham Hills BC NSW 2153.
You can expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your return package. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately we will not refund on sale goods only exchanged or credit note issued.
