Mint & Moss attempt to make the web site and it's contents as secure as we possibly can.  All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. Email addresses collected by us are for internal use only.  We will only use this personal information to keep you informed of promotions or updates on what is happening at Mint & Moss. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list please contact us via the 'contact' page.  We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.  We do also offer an unsubscribe button on all of our email marketing.  
Product Details.   

Please note that all Mint & Moss pieces are costume jewellery.  Please discontinue the use of jewellery immediately if you experience any allergic symptoms and consult your doctor. Mint & Moss will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced.  We also provide a care card with instructions on how to look after your pieces to ensure a long life and lots of wear.
All prices on the our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices for each product.
How much does shipping cost? 

Mint & Moss ship all orders from Australia via Australia post at a flat rate per order. Standard shipping is flat rate $8 Australia wide. International shipping is a flat rate of $15 AUD.  Express shipping also is available at an additional cost, simply add the express post option to your cart.  Express shipping, according to Australia Post will guarantee you next day shipping if you are based in a capital city (as we ship from Sydney).  
How long does delivery take?     
Orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 4 days of placing your order. In fact, we try our best to get your order out the very next working day.  
Delivery time across Australia is generally between 3-4 days. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Orders to some areas n Australia, like Western Australia, Northern Queensland and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer.
Holiday periods and orders made on Public Holidays may take longer to arrive.  As we utilise the services of Australia Post, demand at peak times can cause a delay to your delivery and as this is out of our control, we can not be held responsible.  International shipping times will vary depending on destination.
Can I ship to a PO Box?  
Yes you can!
What payment methods are accepted.  
We accept payment via PayPal & Stripe.
Returns& How to Make A Return

We will happily offer you an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned in original unworn condition with all packaging intact. Earrings that have been opened cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene purposes. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to Mint & Moss. We suggest shipping with insurance and tracking. 
To make a return, please contact Mint & Moss  and we will issue you a returns number and an address to return goods to.  Please keep your packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you.  Mint & Moss will refund your payment upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition. Refunds are always made in the manner of the original purchase.
Damaged Items.

Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any item after arrival.
